About Elizabeth Richards
I was born and raised right here in Clark County and have lived and worked in this community my entire life. I grew up in Yacolt on my family’s generational property, and after marrying my husband, Blake, we settled in Battle Ground. Our little family includes us and our dog, Froggy. When we’re not working, you can usually find us up at Timberline snowboarding or out on Yale Lake soaking up the summer sun.
North County is truly the most amazing place to live. You are surrounded by nature yet close enough to an incredible small-town community where everyone looks out for one another. That sense of connection is a big part of why I love what I do. You may even see me in Yacolt running the Saturday Market with my mom. We love being connected and involved in the town!
My journey into real estate started after my husband and I bought our last home. While many people find the process stressful, I found myself loving every part of it, the searching, the paperwork, and the excitement of seeing everything come together. That experience stuck with me, and after some encouragement from a fellow John L. Scott agent, I decided to take the leap and turn that passion into a career.
I’ve always been driven by a desire to help others, and now I get to do that through one of life’s biggest milestones. I especially enjoy working with first-time buyers and guiding them through the exciting journey of homeownership.
I take pride in being patient, attentive, and honest. All qualities I believe make a great agent. I listen carefully to my clients’ needs, communicate clearly, and stay proactive to make sure every detail is handled smoothly.
